RT Logic prides itself on providing the support customers require to ensure success. Our Customer Support Department is staffed with engineers and support personnel who put our customers first. While they normally can address most questions, they have direct access to the project teams who design, integrate, test and deliver RT Logic products. We stand ready to provide the outstanding support our customers deserve.
RT Logic Warranty
RT Logic's systems and products, including hardware, software, and firmware components, are warranted to be free of original hardware defects and software anomalies, and to conform to the applicable RT Logic specifications, manuals, and/or release notes as they exist at the date of delivery, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original shipment from RT Logic. RT Logic also warrants the media against physical defects. If any non-conformity appears within one (1) year of shipment, RT Logic shall, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective item(s).
Product Maintenance Support Services
Customers can extend the one-year warranty for their hardware, software, and firmware components for up to five years with the purchase of a Maintenance Support Agreement. Extended agreements include Standard System Support and Custom Support, and we provide Tear-down, Test, and Evaluation (TT&E) services for customers whose equipment warranty has expired and is not covered under an existing maintenance support agreement.

Revelation Account Holders
Customers who have a Revelation account established may submit a support ticket directly at http://helpdesk.avtec.com/Login. If you don't have a Revelation account and would like one, please send us an email and we will establish one for you. A Revelation account is not required to obtain product support.
