Chief Technology Officer/Vice President of Technology Development
Responsibilities include:
  • Initiate and ensure the development of integrated, complimentary, and standardized products across the company’s business units, product lines, and other Corporate product-oriented subsidiaries
  • Align, develop and coordinate product roadmaps and architectures across product lines to optimize performance, functionality and standardization in support of future opportunities
  • Drive and shape long-term strategic research and development across business units and product lines based on technology trends and new business opportunities
  • Provide technical due diligence support for potential acquisitions and new business opportunities
  • Advise, inform and engage management in R&D and strategic development across product lines
  • Network and collaborate with Industry, Government, International, Academic, R&D center/laboratory technology experts/peers to gather information and shape industry technology trends
  • Lead company’s technology sharing forum to ensure our engineers are aware of and communicating regarding technology trends and product changes

Minimum of a MS in EE/CS or equivalent is required, plus 15+ years experience in leading technology product development and R&D. Must be able to communicate challenging technical concepts effectively in a wide range of mediums, influence, lead and direct others, build strong relationships, combine analytical reasoning, creativity, conceptual skills and sound judgment. In addition, you need to be able to easily link business objectives to organizational initiatives and deal with ambiguity and minimal structure. Candidate should be proficient and comfortable with business development.

U.S Citizenship and ability to secure and maintain a US Gov Security Clearance is required.

Business Development Director
Responsibilities include:
  • Strategically creates sales/business opportunities, customer contact, determine customer needs, and applying RT Logic products and technology to architect solutions
  • Prepares and performs effective sales presentations
  • Negotiates contracts
  • Ensures a smooth delivery of our solutions by understanding the clients requirements
  • Assists marketing with key activities such as the development of collateral, advertising, press release and direct mail materials
  • Represent RT Logic at industry conferences, workshops, forums, etc
Requirements:
  • B.S. Engineering, Masters degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in test/measurement/instrumentation applications in communication systems for DoD programs, satellites, wireless, telecommunications, etc
  • Demonstrated success at discovering business opportunities
  • Relevant and current industry experience and contacts to help diversify market exposure and penetrate new markets
  • Proven track record of business development, including proposal/quote development for complex systems
  • Diverse background in application development, implementations, and test/measurement methodologies (HW or SW)
  • Demonstrated experience in integration and test at system-level, including test/measurement automation
  • Project management experience

Engineering Project Manager - Colorado Springs
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing technical, schedule, cost and business development activities and objectives for test and measurement instruments, related customization projects, and other efforts as may be assigned. Rapidly become the internal and external “face” of an instrumentation product line, both technically and from a business development perspective
  • Interfacing directly with customers to insure product and/or contract success and satisfaction, and to glean and assess viability of new product ideas
  • Directing project personnel resources to accomplish product development and contract milestones
  • Preparing cost estimates, technical proposals and responding to opportunities and RFQs
  • Developing & delivering technical customer and business development materials to include presentations, papers, articles, ads, trade shows, technical demonstrations, data sheets, design reviews, status reports, kickoff meetings, test plans, manuals and technical correspondence
  • Responding to technical/business information requests from potential customers, current customers, and inside/outside sales personnel. Tracking customer interest, actively seeking and closing new opportunities
  • Generating/reviewing contract modifications and purchase orders
  • Contributing to business development and cost/technical proposals in support of key opportunities
RT Logic’s project managers have a detailed technical understanding of their work area, and regularly perform technical tasks as part of business development and sales activities, project performance and customer support. Successful candidates will have direct substantial engineering experience. BSEE/CE and 10-15 years or MSEE/ CE and 8-10 years related technical experience, preferably in the test & measurement instrument, RF, software, communications and space/satellite systems areas. We will consider candidates who have recently made the transition from direct engineering to engineering project management roles. Outstanding written and oral communication skills are required, as are deep marketing skills, and willingness/availability for travel, as this position requires substantial business development work. U.S. citizenship required, ability to obtain DOD Security Clearance required.

Manufacturing Engineer Intern
Help prepare RT Logic for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) implementation.
  • Study and document current process flows
  • Study and document current data sources and systems
  • Study and document relationships between current process flows, systems transaction, and financial transactions
  • Evaluate suitability of various ERP/MRP options by mapping current processes and systems to the new system environment. Highlight benefits and risks of various options
  • Contribute to the creation of data migration plans from current systems to the new system environment
  • Identify process changes that would be required in the new system environment. Contribute to the creation of transition plans
Must be studying industrial engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, or system simulation/modeling in your junior year. Must be a US citizen.

Experienced DSP Engineer-RFC
Develop and manage firmware for digital signal processing systems using VHDL, firmware designs targeting Xilinx FPGAs, Synplify, and Xilinx tools. Duties include designing and integrating algorithms for digital receivers, modulators, and demodulators. Experience with digital communications systems preferred. Experience in software development is a plus. Position requires willingness to work directly with customers at times.
7+ years of relevant experience is required with a proven background in communications systems design and development. A BS in electrical engineering is required with a MS preferred. DSP and communication theory course work or experience is required. Digital design experience using VHDL, Verilog and FPGAs in embedded systems is highly desired. Requirements: U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance.

RF Circuit Design Engineer
Design RF/microwave circuits and systems from UHF through K-band. Hands-on design experience of RF/microwave frequency synthesizers (PLL and DDS-based tuning) preferred. Responsibilities include RF circuit board design with packaged amplifiers, lumped and distributed element filters, and mixers. Experience desired with low phase noise, fast switching RF synthesizer design as well as high speed A/D converter and D/A converter circuits.
BSEE and/or MSEE and 2-5 years related experience. Knowledge of digital communication and/or signal processing techniques preferred. Experience with GENESYS or other RF design tools a plus. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Security Clearance required.
